Brunswick County Emergency Services Special Medical Needs Forms Brunswick County Emergency Services has developed a computerized registry of people with special medical needs who may require special assistance in the event of a disaster such as tornado, severe storm or chemical spill. Visit the Brunswick County website at www.brunsco.net and then click on the Special Needs Form found on the left side of the page.
