Adopted Ordinance 2009-02 - An Ordinance to Amend the Word and Term Definitions for Subdivision and Commercial Regulations and Zoning Ordinances for the Town of Belville, and Article 7 and Article 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Purpose of Adopting New Provisions for the Regulation of Signage; and adopted a consistency statement outlining that doing so is consistent with the future land use plan, the Belville Vision 2020 Plan and is in the best interest of the citizens and the public.

Tasked staff and the Planning Board to revise Article 10 (Landscaping and Tree Protection) of the Zoning Ordinance.

Recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the following text amendments with revisions to Ordinance No. 64 (Planning Board Rules of Procedure) - Article III (Members), Section E ( Reappointments) and Article VI (Meetings), Section A (Regular Meetings) and adopted a consistency statement outlining that doing so is in line with the Town of Belville's Zoning Ordinance and is in the best interest of the citizens and the public; and also decided to re-examine the proposed text amendment to Ordinance No. 64 (Planning Board Rules of Procedure) - Article III (Members), Section B (Members) at the next meeting.
