Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Belville Planning Board for the purpose of reviewing and reporting upon a Special Use Permit Application filed by EVOLVE at Waterford Village, LLC for new residential construction along Poole Road (PINs 04700036, 0470003608 and 0470003609).
A copy of the subject Special Use Permit Application and all supporting documents are on file and available for inspection at Town Hall.
