Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Belville Planning Board for the purpose of consideration and action on a Site Plan | Major Development Application from Crest Residential, LLC for new residential construction, along River Road (PIN #038KA004), consisting of 29.34 acres.
A copy of the subject Application and all supporting documents are on file and available for inspection at Town Hall.
Interested persons may speak at the public hearing and should register with the Town Clerk, or submit written comments by 2:00 p.m. on the hearing date.
