Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Belville Planning Board for the purpose of reviewing and reporting upon proposed text amendments to Article 5 (Zoning Districts, Permitted Uses and Dimensional Requirements) which will regulate building height in the Business Residential Zoning District and Article 7 (Overlay Districts) which will amend the provisions of the overlay district that pertain to interparcel access, garage doors and roof pitch.
A copy of the proposed text amendments are available for inspection at Town Hall. Interested persons may speak at the public hearing and should register with the Town Clerk in advance of the hearing.
