Welcome
It is my honor to welcome you to the Town of Belville, North Carolina. Belville is a charming municipality that strives to maintain a small town feel while accommodating the needs of many guests that visit our community each year. The Town offers exceptional historical, educational and recreational opportunities and the elected officials, residents and town staff take great pride in their community and invite visitors to enjoy all that Belville has to offer.
The Town Manager is responsible to the Board of Commissioners for the day-to-day administration of all town departments, including preparing and administering annual town budgets. She is also responsible for proposing policies for consideration of the Board of Commissioners and overseeing the administration and implementation of those policies and ordinances
