Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Belville Board of Commissioners for the purpose of consideration and action upon proposed text amendments to Article 5 (Zoning Districts, Permitted Uses and Dimensional Requirements) which will regulate building height in the Business Residential Zoning District and Article 7 (Overlay Districts) which will amend the provisions of the overlay district that pertain to inter-parcel access, garage doors and roof pitch.
A copy of the proposed text amendments is available for inspection at Town Hall. Interested persons may speak at the public hearing and should register with the Town Clerk in advance of the hearing.
